Done over Skype. Full of lies such as "you'll learn a lot here" and "we won't ask you to buy us coffee". They'll compliment you on your resume, and say that you're qualified, maybe even over qualified (which I was). If they interview you, you already got the job. They're just interviewing to get a taste of your personality.
