Magnolia Cleaning Services interview questions

I found the interview process to be a waste of time, and the questions were unhelpful. In hindsight, being turned away led me to explore other opportunities, and I am now successfully self-employed. While I didn't intend for this to be a long-term position, I enjoyed the work and wanted to pursue it further. It's frustrating that they prioritize experience for a job that really just requires common sense; you don't need a degree to be a housekeeper.
