Phone interview and then an in person interview. Went through a recruiter so they prepped me beforehand. When onsite it it was about an hour interview with two of the different managers.

I had 4 rounds altogether, 3 telephonic rounds and 4th round being a face to face with India country director, Initial round with the recruiter, followed by the country director and then the Program manager.
