They ask mostly about experience and availability. They ask about problem solving abilities, and are fairly open to frequent new hires. The interviews are usually done by Gwen, or Christine.

Short face to face interview with manager. Sat down at the restaurant and talked with the manager. Pretty easy. They just ask you your work experience and if you know how to serve at the restaurant
