Be ready to interview with a non-lawyer. The principal attorneys seem to rely heavily on non-lawyer support staff, which makes sense in an immigration law firm. However, it's not likely the non-lawyer will recognize rain making.

Interview
I think it’s different for everyone. I had to speak with a lot of people as well as write an essay and answer questions in writing. It wasn’t hard and I didn’t dislike the process. It was lengthy, but I felt like I was doing well since they kept wanting to speak with me. Other people I asked did not have a similar experience at all.
