Most Delivery Sales Coordinators are promoted to the position, so there really isn't any interview process to go through. If there was, I would imagine that it would only take about 30 minutes to complete. They're mainly looking for a confident and in control person that's adaptable to customers. Also a go-getter that will be capable of building sales.
