Friendly, relaxed adult conversations around my expectations and interests. The process didn't seem like a 'grilling' but more of an understanding of my suitability for the role and also vice versa. I was very diligent on my next company.

Typical recruitment person, promised the world and delivered nothing. It was so bad that every single start left within 6 months. I’ve moved on from there and no longer subjected to the indecisive bonkers
