There was a screening interview, a phone interview with the director, and then a personal interview set up. I heard from a current employee that they can take a long time in their process because they are very focused on finding the right fit. Most of the in person interview was a reiteration of what I was told on the phone. I did a lot of listening and not a lot of answering questions, which was surprising. I expected direct questions about specifics of my professional background.
