The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Madison Reed (New York, NY)
Interview
Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and I enjoyed my time getting to know everyone. I strongly suggest recruitment more closely align with a personal experience for candidates. I made it to the final round of interviews (phone screen, video interview with Manager, then final round with multiple video interviews with potential colleagues and Manager again). I received a rejection email Sunday afternoon thanking me for doing the first round of video interviews (I was in the final round), in which other people also did, and they are moving forward with someone more closely aligned to their needs.
I understand moving forward with another candidate, it was just impersonal knowing I spent hours in three rounds of interviews to receive a rejection that was not even my experience. Hopefully the recruiter can learn from this and provide a better experience for the next person (and don't do it on a Sunday, what does this say about work/life balance for candidates).

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Madison Reed in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process with Madison Reed was communicated so clearly and I always felt prepped for what to come. I had 6 individual interviews, which was a lot, but it really gave me the opportunity to get to know those who I would be working directly with and how their time at the company has been which was extremely helpful. The recruiter kept me so informed and even provided me with docs and links of what to prepare, which is so rare in my opinion!
