I applied online. I interviewed at Maddox Industrial Transformer (Greer, SC)
Interview
Application, Phone screen/Introductory Call, Assessment/Multiple Assessments per role, Phone Interview With Director of Employee Development, Video Interview with Department VP and Hiring Manager (Asssumed Direct Manager). Fast Responses throughout the process. Made it all the way until what seem to be a finalist position. They were respectful throughout until the very end. You would think if you made it as a finalist or a month in that they would personally reach out and let you know you weren't selected. That part was not respectful or Christian like. It would be nice for the candidate to ask for critique or feedback, as it seemed the company values that. I guess not. The ending was very disappointing for what seemed like a very respectful company.

Interview
It was a long process for never talking about the job or my qualifications. I did an AI interview, 2 phone interviews, and 3 assessments, and never was asked anything job related. It was all culture fit type questions. I ended up turned down after the 2nd phone interview, which is fine not everyone will be a match, but found out after they sent a survey about my interview experience through a very generic auto turn down. Overall disappointing, but ok I guess. Everyone was prompt except last interviewer, late about 10 minutes.
