I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mad Fish Digital in Sep 2025
Interview
I've had two interviews. The first was with the Recruiter. She was really sweet and offered help before and after the second interview. The second interview was with the Director of Client Strategist & Director of Paid Strategist. Both had great questions about the role and were easy to talk to. The one thing I didn't like about the process was the email whether or not you got the position or not. They sent a generic email about the application not being fit instead of a personal email about the interview itself. I felt it was less personable and not the closing experience you'd think you'd have from a company you've interviewed for. Otherwise, I wish them the best and hopefully they make no offer/offer emails more personable like everything else.

Question 1
Mostly questions and examples of B2B clients and experience overall.
The interview process started with a 30-minute screening interview where we talked about culture fit followed by a 60-minute panel interview. The whole process took about three weeks. Response times from the staff were a little slower than average. Overall it was a good interview experience.

Several questions related to past agency experience, how you deal with clients, and balancing several tight deadlines.

Interview
This interview process took almost 2 full months (which seemed odd for not being a huge company). I had 3 interview each with different people/groups. Each interview pretty much asked the same questions. And I had to follow up a lot to hear for the next steps. A few times I had to send multiple follow ups when 2-3 weeks had gone by and I didn't hear anything back. After 3 interviews they asked for very specific references. After twos weeks of waiting to hear after that step I was declined the job because I didn't have enough experience (which I felt should have been obvious in my resume or the first two interviews).
Other than the process taking forever, it was an overall good experience. I really liked everyone I interviewed with and was really excited for the opportunity. If you have two month or more to wait to see if you got the job then I would say definitely go for it.
