3 Step process excluding the initial phone chat. First round is a Technical assessment based on the skill set , Second round is the psychometric assessment and the final round is the Director and hiring manager round.

Very extensive, including psychometric evaluations that are very important to your candidacy. Expect many interviews to span over a significant time period. Purposeful in evaluation. Good to know an internal reference for candidacy and such.
