I was approached by Macdonald & Company's internal recruiter who invited me to meet the management after an initial call. At the office I met with the internal recruiter, Head of Development and two of the team leaders. After the formal interview I was invited to look around the offices and was given an opportunity to speak to two other members of staff to learn more about the company, benefits and work-life balance.
