I recently attended a walk-in interview for the Customer Service Team Leader position. The process was structured and involved several stages. First, candidates were asked to register and fill in an online application form, which included personal details, previous experience, and basic screening questions. After completing the form, we were required to upload or provide supporting documents such as our resume, identification, and any relevant certificates for further verification.
