The interview process for this internship consisted of two Zoom meetings, wherein I had the opportunity to engage with the hiring team and showcase my skills and experience. This experience proved to be incredibly valuable, as it provided me with a deep understanding of the industry and its dynamics. Interview
The first interview was on the phone and the interviewer was 40 minutes late.
The second interview, which was in person, was unorganized and they were unprepared. Questions were being asked randomly, without structure. I was asked if I had children as well.
I withdrew my application because I couldn't work for a company that presents itself this way.

Interview
The interview experience was quite positive. I had the opportunity to meet with both the general manager and the plant manager for the interview process. They focused on explaining the plant's operational processes and conducted a plant tour to assess my level of engagement and enthusiasm but also gauging long-term commitment for the role.
