I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MVP Match in Mar 2022
Interview
4 stages, including a case study final with 4 members of the leadership team. Entire process was around 2-3 weeks before I accpted the offer. The case study session was around 120mins and the other interviews were between 30-60mins each.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The case study was scenario-based and based on a real-life challenge the business was facing. I presented my strategy and required budget.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MVP Match in Jan 2024
Interview
Overall, all interviewers were friendly.
Before a technical interview, they gave a test task on Friday to make it by the weekend. I spend my time making it work with authentication roles and unit tests. In a few days, in the interview, the interviewer didn't even try to run the task or even didn't read a code. For one little piece of code (a change from the deposit with coins) I used ChatGpt and talked about it in the interview (it was my mistake). I thought that smart guys understood that it's not necessary to spend my weekend reinventing the wheel with a greedy algorithm. ChatGpt can do that in 3 seconds and everyone should understand this. And this becomes a reason for declining an offer.
Btw, the task is generalized and adoptable for any programming language, I don't like such silver-bullet tasks.

Question 1
Talked about my previous experience, which is easier than any architectural etc. questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MVP Match (Berlin) in Mar 2023
Interview
Good interview with friendly staff, unfortunately they then decided to not hire the role so the conversations stopped after that
Would still recommend to apply, company seems very professional and interesting as well
