Basic - the hiring manager was not my line manager. This changed upon joining and not disclosed from the begining. Team are afraid to speak up and 'do the right thing.'

Basic - interview was brief. Talent team pushed the benefits to get the role covered and did not dig deep enough into what the candidate actually can offer. The role was too basic for the skills requested.
