Interview
2 initial phone screen interviews followed by on-site interviews and phone interviews with off-site team members. Very thorough. Some of the interview was focused on "fit" as well as making sure I knew what the job would be like.

Initial Screening

First Interview
The candidate meets with the hiring manager to discuss their experience, skills, and motivation.
Second Interview
The candidate meets with senior management or key team members for a deeper assessment of technical capabilities and cultural fit.
Overall the process was straightforward with two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience all in all with general questions asked. Nothing too complicated. Last round was more of an informal chat.
Pretty straightforward process. I met two directors, and they were interested in my relevant experience and technical depth around credit risk frameworks.
