Quick and easy,. You can get hired here quite, and I see why do to turn over. You just apply online, and wait for the call. From there its an average interview setup. Then in a few days they ask you to come in and get started on the training.

Interview
Easy, applied online, and got an office interview. Scheduled and in person interview spoke with the hiring manager. Got a call a few days later to schedule and time to start. Started training a week later and from there was supporting guest for internet support calls.

Interview
Responded to a craigslist ad, then from there had a brief phone interview, and met with the manager in person. Very nice, amiable guy; the whole interview experience was rather comfortable. Then a day or two later I got a call back, and learned I got the job.
The scheduled me for training within the week.
