Applied via MTR Career Website, have to submit CV and certificates. Next stage is invited to online virtual video interview that is 5 minutes long, and have to answer 3 questions in both Cantonese and English.
It's online, and you have a 30-second practice section to check the mic and cam. It's individual and a video recording which means they would record you performing and then check later, rather than face to face.

Virtual interview with total 10 minutes, with 5 minutes preparation and 5 minutes to answer the questions. Before the real interview, there is a practice section with no limit try.
