You will need to go through writing test and simple MC questions first, needed some common-sense and few knowledge of the MTR system. After that you will be invited to interview, in the interview, you will meet you future boss( the manager of the team) and the HR, as long as you behaving really interested and didn't lie about anything, the chance is really high.
