It was a 3 part interview. Phone call, interview with direct manager and then an interview with the manager & general manager. They are very rigid in their sales process but it does work if you follow the system.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MT Business Technologies (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2016

Interview

Interviewed with sales manager and with other executives. Both people I sat with were very honorable and nice people. I did like the sales manager a lot and thought he would be a good person to learn from. I didnt take the job because I heard their turnover was very high.
