      Technician Interview

      Oct 16, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Eureka, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MSC Software (Eureka, CA) in Sep 2025

      Interview

The interview process was simple and friendly. The interviewer asked a few questions about my experience and how I handle basic technical tasks. It felt more like a conversation than a test, and they made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to explain how I would handle a problem with a customer’s equipment not working properly. I said I would stay calm, ask questions to figure out what happened, and try simple fixes first before calling for backup if needed.
