MP&F Strategic Communications interview questions

FOUR interviews, first with recruiter, second with HR and your manager, third with someone outside of your team, fourth with the partners of the firm. Plus you have to do an assessment for them that is just testing if you know the basics of advertising/paid media. That said, I had FIVE meetings with them and keep in mind, this was an entry level position that paid $48k (non-negotiable). The assessment required a meeting with HR so that they could explain it. I did not get an offer because I accepted another one before the entire process was finished, but I would have hopefully secured an offer if I continued after the HOURS of interviewing.

The interview process is three steps and you hear back fairly quick after each step. A great interview process for someone right out of college whether you’re an intern or AC. No unnecessary steps
