Interview
The process went well. The questions were thorough. individuals were very knowledgeable in Care Center proceedings including software and other things pertinent to the job. The questions were much more detailed than the regular "what are your strengths" and "what are your weaknesses" type things frequently asked.

Interview
The interview was not difficult. I interviewed with 1 supervisor and he asked a few scenario questions then asked to recite a script. The dealership names are long and they want to make sure you sound professional and not rushed.
