Slow, uncommunicative, and disrespectful. My interview process was very poorly managed. HR and the hiring manager were aggressively trying to knock down the title and salary while adding unusual requirement. For example, they actually demanded 5 days in office when the team was mainly virtual. Overall, it felt like a fishing expedition. The occasional interview with weeks of zero contact as they strung the process along. In the end, they ghosted and hired a more junior person.
