IT started with an email from the site director of the company saying that she was interested in me since on my resume I had experience in both computers and media. Then she asked me when I may be able to have a skype interview. The skype interview was basically a informational interview where she asked what sort of experience I have in both fields and the explained what I would be doing if I was hired by the company. By the end of the interview she had decided that I was a great candidate for the postion and told me that I would be interviewed by the IT Administrator who seemed very calm yet busy person in Colorado over the phone within the next week or so. I had the interview with him about a week later and he asked me questions like how would I handle different technical issues and when he was satisfied he told he I was suited for either position and that I would be contacted in a month if I was hired. A month later I was hired for the company and was moving into a college dorm where I would be living for about 5 weeks.
