Applied to Warrington Office, Assessment Centre then Second Interview. Scored highest in the technical assessments, then in the second interview I was matched against this other person. They chose him due to him having work experience.

Interview
The process involved sending a CV and Cover letter, being sent a list of competency-based questions to answer within 2 hours and an assessment centre. The assessment centre included a presentation on risk in transport, an interview, technical questions, logic questions and a group activity.
