Had a phone interview shortly after applying for role. Person I spoke with was impressed by my professional experience, technical skill set, and education. Was told I would be contacted for a second interview. Completely Ghosted instead. Another company unsure if they can actually hire or not, and testing the waters by interviewing talent prematurely. Apply with with low/no expectations.
