      CENTRAL OFFICE Interview

      Dec 29, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MJHS

      Interview

The interviews were great and easygoing but scheduling them were a nightmare. They took weeks to schedule a single interview. But then you go and you have a great experience so you don't dwell on the time lost. It's how they wheel you in. They make you a verbal offer and so begins an arduous hiring process. It was terrible. After taking weeks to schedule multiple interviews, HR took several more weeks to submit the official offer and start date. All the while you stop looking because they tell you over the phone the position is yours and give you a possible hire date. Date come and goes with no communication. Before you know it they have pushed off you're hire date several more weeks and you can't do anything about it because you've already stopped looking and/or declined other potential offers thinking you were going to start work soon.
