I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MJ Holding (Bridgeview, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
This was one of the most unnecessarily drawn-out interview processes I’ve experienced for an entry-level analyst role. Four rounds of interviews for a company with financial losses, high turnover, and low employee ratings.
I completed the first round, sent a thank-you email, and was told I’d hear back the next day. Instead, I was ghosted for a couple of weeks. Then the same job was reposted online like nothing happened.
I came in with actual proof of relevant experience—something most entry-level applicants aren’t bringing. That clearly didn’t factor into anything.
If you’re going to put candidates through this much effort, at least have the professionalism to follow up. The whole process felt like a company trying to look impressive without having the structure or clarity to back it up.
Glad I didn’t waste any more time here.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MJ Holding (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2017

This was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager.
