Interview
Three rounds total. First, a screen with the recruiter. Second, a conversation with the Business Unit Manager. Third, a technical round requiring a full custom presentation as a deliverable.
After completing all three rounds, an offer came in referencing an internal salary grid that had existed throughout the process but was never disclosed despite being asked directly twice. The offer was approximately 40% below the salary range I had clearly stated from the beginning. The full compensation package including bonus and benefits still fell below market rate for the experience level they were targeting.
Be aware that this company seeks experienced professionals but offers entry-level compensation. If you are considering interviewing here, ask for their compensation range in writing before agreeing to any technical deliverable. The process is time-intensive and the salary grid is not transparent.
First stage - Teams chat with HR recruiter. Basic questions about background and alignment to job requirements. Not a lot of details were provided about the role in terms of salary and expectations but overall it was decent.
