The first interview was a phone screen interview. It was very pleasant. She asked about my past experiences. The second was at the company (Somerset, NJ). I interviewed with 4 different people in the HR department. They each asked about what I saw in HR and where do I see myself in the future. Each person also mentioned about their experiences in HR. I learned a lot about the company and it was a great experience. It felt like it was some sort of a mentorship in HR, not an interview. I was called a week later and accepted the job.
