      I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MIB (New York, NY) in Apr 2012

      Interview

      On site interview, applied through hiring email sent to program director from hiring manager. Interviewed by 4 groups of people: 1. An Associate: telling me what they are doing, showing me some kind of excel, asked me if I can do VLookups and Pivot Tables 2. An analyst in technical position: discussing VBA and programming languages and database experience with me 3. 3 analyst in actuarial position: went through my resume and discussed the courses I took in the actuarial program 4. Manager: casual talk, told me about what he was doing
