The interviewer (entry-level recruiter not senior staff) asked if the compensation they were offerings was okay. I noted it was a tad lower than the competition. I asked if there was wiggle room and if there was incentive pay. This apparently is a cardinal sin at MEMIC and I was quickly bumped from the process.

In my first of two interviews, I met with two supervisors. I was immediately asked for a second interview and met with claims director and Claims VP the following day.
