Interview
Management will let you know the schedule of the interview so you'll have time to prepare. Managers or supervisors will be the one asking questions. They'll be asking everything about you.. I mean everything. Most of the people in management are really good so it's really easy. It's just like talking to a friend. After the interview they'll let you know after a week or two if you got the job. If not, they'll try to find a better position that will suit your skills and credentials.
