MCT Technology interview questions

I got a phone interview first which only including basic questions. Then i got an onsite interview. Their work place is like a family house and their CEO met me. We have a good coversation then he let me play some interesting video games which i never met before. I love these games. some i did well, some i was not.

Complete waste of time. I’ve been on many interviews, this one makes one of the worst. They invited me to onsite interview after a pretty pointless phone interview. They had completely over book us and the lady who interviewed me seemed to rush through her irrelevant questions, just to get to the next applicant. She talked more than I did about the company and what they are looking for, but nothing about my qualifications and my ability to perform the job. Did she even know the job I was applying for? I know it is a software company, but they should work on their social dynamic. Very inconsistent from what the receptionist explained to me and what was said in the interview. Was told: “looking for young, intelligent technology enthusiast”. Really seem to want cookie cutter robot that will tell them what you want to hear.
