They asked me questions that weren’t too too hard to answer very kind and friendly interview. I wasn’t uncomfortable or anything it was one of the best interviews I had.
My interview was located at the MCL in Avon, IN. If you apply online I would advise you to call in the next day and check to see if they have reviewed your application. I did this and the manager told me to come in the next day at 3:30. I was first interviewed by a manager , it was quit easy not hard question , I was asked what hours I would like to work, do I do any sports, what my last job etc. simple question you won’t have to worry about or study anything for but make shore when they ask you “ do you have any questions for me” have at least 1 -3 to ask. That same day they said they would have the manager above him contact me then that SAME DAY they emailed me to come in for a second interview. She basically asked me the same questions and then hired me told me to get papers to turn in before I have orientation and that I needed a black tie and slip resistance shoes ( which you can get these at Walmart or Payless, they’re very cheap) then I went to orientation on Saturday. All in all this was a very easy process and even though it was a easy job to get were something nice to the interview and nothing tacky. I wore dress shoes , khakis and a button up shirt. Good luck :).

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MCL Restaurant & Bakery (Muncie, IN) in Jun 2013
Interview
Hiring process was very easy one face-to-face interview and was hired on the spot. Interviewed first with the hiring manager then was interviewed by the general manager at the location. The interview was very laid back and easy.
