Human Resource interview was easy. The HR person did not know much about technical interviews. Then moved on to director and VP interviews. It seemed like they were interested in understanding how you think through processes. WAY too many interviews and a home test. Overall waste of time. The process was dragged out to the extent of months and then no feedback given when a position was not offered.

Interview
Multiple Interviews. All pretty easy with people who were nice. Some interviews seemed relevant to the role, others did not. Overall 8+ interviews and a take home test. This took months. Overall take away, this company is not considerate of candidates time. This position has been open since last Feb and has not been filled. I think that says it all.

Interview
There were multiple rounds of interviews, and the second to last interview had a take home test. It was a time consuming process, but the people were nice. I wish they were a bit more considerate of the interviewee’s time during the process.
