It was Online Interview and mostly questions were on Mechanical Core Concepts . I was selected along with one more student from our campus. The questions mostly were on welding ,heat transfer and various advancements in welding processes

What are your key skills which makes u a good choice for us ?
The process started with an online application, followed by a screening test on chemical engineering basics like thermodynamics and heat transfer. Shortlisted candidates attended a face-to-face technical interview at the Mangalore plant, including a plant tour and panel discussion with department heads on fertilizer production processes such as ammonia and urea operations. It lasted about a day, emphasizing practical knowledge and willingness to work in a chemical plant environment. Total length: About a day or two.
