So beyond the initial application process and online tests, I was then invited to attend an interview day at Bristol. The first task was a 15 minute presentation which we were told to prepare on the software development of a missile launcher, missile seeker or missile guidance computer. After this, we had a short coffee break before we had a group task where in a team of 3 we had to rank the order of importance of 15 items we had while stranded on a mission to the moon, and then explain our ranking. Next was lunch, followed by an hour long interview consisting of 3 academic questions and a large number of questions based on my CV/application.
