Mix of questions, quite simple really. Stick to star examples that is what they are looking for double check you dont need to do any other preparation. interview process was straight forward

Presentation and competency interview based around Programme management, people management and leadership. Scenarios based questions, using past experience to demonstrate capability and approach. Two to three people in the interview based upon level of role.
