Interview
I had two phone interviews with a principal before we scheduled an in person interview. In that interview, I met with the whole team; Principal, Senior Manager, Manager, and Audit Senior. The interview boiled down to see if everyone got along and if there was professional chemistry.

Basic questions, ranging from my past experiences in prior firms, software used, industries served. It dove into CPA eligibility, five-year plans, what my role on the team wold be, and what I would want to get out of my experience.
