Interviewers were very friendly and personable which gave off a positive vibe. Sadly they make it very clear that the "blue collar worker" is where their hiring interests are. So no matter if you are a hard worker, always on time, willing to go above and beyond...if you have had any past success as a white collar worker... you are best to look elsewhere. Even if it is the blue collar worker approach that has led to your success in the white collar role, they will feel strongly that you are not a good fit. Which is too bad because a lot of hard workers who understand the need for reliable, consistent and supportive individuals...are being skipped over. But it is great that they are giving those who have been blue collar workers their entire life a chance at a great wage and a chance to pull themselves out of the struggles they may or may not be dealing with. I do hope applicants are able to find success as it is a great opportunity...I just suggest that you understand the opportunity presented and show up for EVERY shift, work hard and contribute to a positive and productive environment.
