It was good as they help us move through the process quick as we are done with the other. one of the best ways to do this is to first understand how the game works, and what’s going on behind the scenes through the process. Because once you “get” the game, you’re going to be in the best position to strategize. And, believe me when I say this, the entire job search process is one big game of strategy.

I interview for the cadet program in 2005. the interview was straightforward and very friendly. There was a PI and LI test. Once that was completed successfully, I was asked for 2 interviews

Psychometric test and interview - process was easy enough. Presume if you pass psychometric test then you are 90% of they way there. Not sure if still recruiting from uk.
