Online video Interview. It was required to answer to 4 questions. All the answers had to last less than 2 minutes. The online interview was the 3 stage of the process after the CV-Cover Letter and the personality and logic test

When I walked in it I was greeted by a lady with a very friendly demeanor. I was told to wait a minute while they located the person interviewing me. They even had candy for Halloween and it’s September! The man who came out was nice and had a lot of energy. He was very personable, and it flowed like a pleasant conversation with a stranger. He told me about his move up in the company and how he started from the bottom. It was extremely motivating. I’m still waiting on a call back but I hope to become apart of the team.
