Was contacted by an executive recruiter. We discussed the role and I shared my resume. Its been over a month and the recruiter has made no effort to update me on how things are progressing. Upon following up from my side the recruiter has constantly thrown the Big4 under the bus saying that they are not responding. Well, if you are the one getting the commission then isnt it your job to followup with your client and keep the potential candidate at ease?
