Interview
Interview first with Community Manager and then the Regional Manager. Community Manager focused on personality traits and specific skills needed, not necessarily specific experience in this line of work. It seems as if the Community Manager only passes strong candidates to the regional. The regional asked very few questions.

Onsite interview with the manager of the location in JAX> Took about 30 mins total and was a pleasant enough experience, resulting in what I thought may be an offer for employment
