I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MAA (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2017
Interview
Slow, met with regional then the next level manager, good communication with them for the most part, have to push to get progress. Finally had a third 'interview' which was a phone call from their main office asking generic questions. They end that with we don't have an ETA on when you'll be followed up with. The process at that point had already been at least a month. Then they leave you with that and no follow up either way. Before getting the position you are already made to feel like a number.

I applied online. I interviewed at MAA (Tampa, FL)
Interview
I applied, took an aptitude test and was invited for a zoom prescreen interview with a recruiter. The recruiter had to reschedule, so I ended up interviewing with the RM via video conference. I would've felt more comfortable and natural in person but overall it was a positive experience.

I found the interview process with MAA to be very professional and refreshing. The companies culture exuded from each individual I spoke with. It was a pleasure to meet such an upbeat and positive group of people.
