      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at M&R CONSULTING

      Interview

I applied online and had a phone screening then did a test. The phone screening is very casual and they are really just asking what experience you have with certain skills and what they list on the job description. Then you have to take a test which you can schedule a few weeks or days after depending on your schedule. There they ask you how you would approach a task and what questions you would ask and how you’d get your answer. Then you prove your skill for the particular skills they are looking for
